The return policy for Revolutionary Outdoor Products is as follows:
1. Returns for repair or due to manufacturer defects must go through the technical department. You can receive technical support by calling 1-800-530-7149 (during normal business hours) or emailing info@hsindustries.com. Return authorization for repair or replacement due to manufacturer defects must be acquired from the technical support staff.
2. All other returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Only new, unopened products will be accepted as returns. Please email us at ikamsales@comcast.net to receive a return authorization number.
3. NO returns will be accepted on used glasses or open packages.
